Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of rugtake.com and your purchase of products from it. By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms. Last updated: 27 October 2026.

2. Online store terms

By agreeing to these terms you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence, and that you will not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose or violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

3. Products and specifications

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Product images are for illustration; colour and finish may vary slightly from screen to screen. Specifications are taken from the current published specification sheet for each model. We may improve or change products and specifications without notice. Where a specification differs between this site and the documentation supplied with the product, the supplied documentation for your unit applies.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars unless another currency is selected at checkout and include applicable sales tax or VAT where we are required to collect it. We reserve the right to change prices at any time before an order is accepted. If a price error is discovered after you order, we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel the order for a full refund.

Payment is taken at the time of order. We use third-party payment processors and do not store your full payment card details.

5. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm dispatch. We may refuse or cancel an order where the product is unavailable, the order appears fraudulent, or the delivery address is outside the regions we serve. If we cancel, we refund the full amount paid.

You may cancel an order before dispatch by emailing us; after dispatch, the return provisions in our Warranty & Refund page apply.

6. Shipping

Shipping regions, processing times, delivery estimates and import charges are described in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Returns, refunds and warranty

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, photographs, product renders, graphics, logos and layout — is owned by us or licensed to us and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our written permission.

9. Prohibited use

You may not use this site to transmit malicious code, attempt to gain unauthorised access, scrape content at scale, submit false information, or interfere with the security or operation of the site or any related service.

10. Disclaimer

Product information on this site is provided for general guidance. Rugged, water- and dust-resistance ratings apply only when the device is used as described in its documentation; damage caused by use outside those limits is not covered by warranty. Nothing on this site is a medical, safety or legal assurance for a specific working environment.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, loss of profit or business interruption arising from the use of our products or this site. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and nothing affects your statutory consumer rights.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence, which continue to apply.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
